Roof- trussed, Birds Mouthed into top plates ( 2” x 6” top plate on all models over 16’ in length), heavy snow load capacity. ½ inch OSB underlayment with either steel orArchitectural shingles.
Low maintenance exterior constructed of engineered paneling, pvc trim, steel (No wood exterior)
Steel roofs, 40 year warranty, trimmed in steel; shingle roofs come with a roll’on selfstick starter strip and galvanized drip edge on entire perimeter.
Trim - PVC trim, lifetime warranty
Buildings come with double doors, locksets KEYED DIFFERENT (no two alike) , pressure treated sills.
All buildings are ridge cap vented with Versavent.
Galvanized/stainless steel fasteners throughout.
